Newhaven Builders, Inc. has developed a system by which we balance time saving techniques thereby reducing cost but at the same time not compromising privileges or building quality for the client. Depending on the contractual arrangement, Newhaven Builders, Inc. evaluates the methods applicable to the individual project. Newhaven Builders, Inc. utilizes AIA approved contract types and offers the following methods; lump sum contracting, negotiated cost plus fee, guaranteed maximum price-fee, and design build.
